I have lived in the area for many many years. The staff at this PO used to be so lovely, efficient and friendly. When they left there was another young woman working there who was also nice. Now they have 2 young guys working in there who are so RUDE and unhelpful. They act like they don't want to serve you, as if you are bothering them so why work there? They will argue with you if you dare to challenge them. It has become very unpleasant going in there but unfortunately they are right on my doorstep or I wouldn't bother!!!

I don't want to be completely negative, as the daytime staff here, specifically the woman is really lovely. However, the evening staff are really unhelpful and rude. I have attempted to collect a parcel multiple times and their collections process is poor. They write down all names, which is probably a breach of privacy, so you have to search through multiple names to try to find your name. I couldn't find my name on the date they actually delivered it and they were not willing to help find my parcel. Really disappointed in this post office's evening staff.

I went into this post office to return a package. I paid for a printed label but now I needed to attach label to package. The male PO worker made me buy tape instead of offering some tape. I thought this was poor customer service. Previously , he allowed someone to use tape without charging. When I compared price of tape used, it was more expensive than the other shop nearby.

VERY RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF. Cannot solve any issues, very quick to tell you they cannot help or don't have your parcel when it is there - they just cannot be bothered doing their job. Speaking back at you, overall useless and rude. They should fire them.
